All Purpose Cleaner:

Mix together

a)      ½ cup ammonia

      ½ cup white vinegar

      ¼ cup baking soda

      1 tsp liquid soap

b)      1 tsp borax

      1 s1ueeze lemon

      1 qt warm water

      c)    Equal parts baking soda and borax

Furniture polish:

a)      Linseed oil

b)      Almond oil

c)      1 part lemon juice and 

      2 parts high quality vegetable oil or 

      mineral oil to polish floors and furniture.

Disinfectant:

½ cup borax

1 gal of hot water

Bleach: borax

Dishwashing detergent:

Equal parts borax and washing soda

Grease removal: borax on a damp cloth

Linoleum Cleaner:

1 cup vinegar and 2 gals water

Mildew:

Equal parts of vinegar and salt

Glass:

(Windows, mirrors and appliance exteriors)

½ cup vinegar and 1 qt water spray and wipe with newspaper
